how long before rescue cat shows personality

adopted a cat 2 weeks ago and shes just... there. doesnt play doesnt really react to anything. is this normal?

3-3-3 rule applies to cats too. 3 days to decompress, 3 weeks to settle, 3 months to fully open up

my rescue was a completely different cat after 2 months. went from hiding to following me everywhere

some cats are just calm/quiet. might be her personality! but give it time
